Today my iGoogle gadget gave me a super cute recipe for Cheesecake baskets. I so want to make these for Easter. With the green tinted coconut and the jelly bean eggs, and of course tasty cheesecake (one of my favs).Tomorrow will be an exciting day, most of us girls from the office are going to get pedicures and have lunch up in Boulder to celebrate Christy's birthday. I'll be taking my camera and will hopefully have some great pics to post after the weekend!
